In the studio

My inspiration was moving to a beautiful apartment in Portland, Oregon . Bathing in the light from my amazing North facing window, I wanted to capture myself painting in my studio. Behind me you can see the famous Steel Bridge. I painted this painting over many months . I bought a big mirror so that I could see the entire scene. I painted the whole scene from the reflection in the mirror.
