The aging process is a fascinating phenomenon that I demonstrate with this double self portrait - me, as I am today, holding a photograph of myself at the age of 17. Can I see myself in that old black and white picture? Do I recognize that young girl? Although I no longer see myself there, she embodies me to this day, as she did then.
