A Room of One's Own

This is an oil painting of myself and my faithful little dog in my at-home studio. I use the title "A Room of One's Own" as a nod to Virginia Wolff and because my studio is my personal sanctuary. I feel at home there and inspired to paint by my own prior paintings surrounding me, reminding me of what I can do and that I want to do even better on my next painting (every artist's hope).
