Self Portrait in the Time of Covid-19

This painting represents my reflections on the terrible chemistry of this novel virus, Covid-19. I wanted to capture that time of complete disheveledness during lockdown, where many of us lost even the basic routines of getting dressed and brushing our hair. We found ways of coping, connecting virtually, and discovered new outlets of creativitiy. So, even in this time of fear and sorrow, we are still visited by the bluebirds of happiness.
