Co-op at Studio Recchion

Tucson artist Russ Recchion holds a life painting and drawing session at his studio every Thursday evening. I'm one of a small group of artists who regularly attend and chip in to pay for the model. One Thursday evening, before I began my painting, I looked to my side and decided that what I was seeing was much more interesting than the pose the model had assumed. So I immediately went to work memorializing my friends and fellow artists, and the evening painting sessions that have been such an object of pleasure and importance in my life.
