Pastel on Pastelmat. Before I started oils and pastels I taught and made quilts. The Hawaiian quilt behind me is one I appliqued many years ago. My "Selfie" represents my determination to the arts and my love for the Hawaiian heritage of whole cloth quilts. My blue top represents the bluest waters surrounding the Hawaiian Islands.
