Musing about the Future

This is a portrait of a canadian painter who gave me the spark of my artistic mission. His name is Denis Jacques.
In this painting, I wanted to show him in the middle of an inspiration moment. I have done some collaborative artwork with him and I observed that when he lights up a smoke, this is a reflexion time. I always admired this silence. This is not just a silence. It sounds like a creative and meditative moment.
