I only use one special color for my paintings, which is called Caput Mortuum. For me it's the perfect color in order to my paintings profundity and three-dimensionality. I always focus on what's most important to show the inner status of the portrayed person: face and hands. No clothes or hairdo should draw off the attention of the viewer.
