A view of the top of my favorite cabinet in my studio with various implements of the arts. This is really two paintings in one. The main one is of course the one on the top with the plaster cast. The secondary one is on the lower shelf. The object was to unify them into one image with a nice even visual flow. The open door and various angles and shapes lead the viewer through the composition.
