One with Nature: Krystal Brown

I first met Krystal during the Estes Valley Plein Air Event 2019, both of us being Juried artists. It was clear on the very first meeting how passionately Krystal felt about Nature as our best Muse. This portrait is my tribute to all women plein air artists as we work to go beyond the hearth and the home and traverse unknown territories, conquering our fears and facing challenges in order to live amidst Nature's incredible beauty. The painting itself is arrangement of earthy rainbow colors to show Nature and Krystal as one mingling with the other.
